We Deliver Exceptional Experiences
Our clients reach out to us because they are looking for experts to help them achieve their creative vision. We’ve built, designed, and animated some of the most iconic imagery in cinema and games, from Avatar to Call of Duty.
Now we’re sharing our knowledge with companies outside Hollywood. We take care of all aspects of production, from planning and concepting to animation and sound engineering and everything in between. We’ll help visualize your ideas beyond expectations that will appeal to your client’s needs.
Work With The Best of the Best
Our remote-based studio allows us the flexibility to build a team specific to your needs with global top-tier talent who have contributed to the biggest blockbusters over the past ten years.
Our proprietary One Cut Process ensures your project is completed to the highest standards, on time, and on budget without the red tape or overhead of larger agencies.
One Cut.
One Kill.
From a production standpoint, it means getting it right on the first go, rather than hacking away at a project. We take the time to plan well at the start which enables us to execute precisely and efficiently.
Production
Production is the easiest part of the process. The hard part is ensuring everyone is on the same page. That’s why we spend extra time at the ‘front end,’ so we save time and money on the ‘back end.’
Animation
Animation is similar to building a house. If your expertise was accounting and you wanted a new house, you wouldn’t build it yourself; you’d hire professional builders to construct it. It’s the same in the creative space.
The Shomen One Cut Process
STAGE 1: Listening
This is the most important part of the process. Before any work has started, we take the time to listen to our client’s needs, the project objectives, identify the target audience, and what are the challenges facing the client. Only once we feel we have a strong understanding of the full picture do we move to the next stage.
STAGE 2: Double-Check
Once we’re familiar with the needs and wants of the client, can we break down the project conceptually, practically, and objectively? We then follow up with the client to double-check check we’re all on the same page. We might ask a ton of ‘obvious’ questions because who wants to make an arse out of you and me? It’s in stage 2 that we will highlight the potential ‘challenges’ to production and offer solutions in order to keep things on track. We like to measure twice and cut once. We’d like to thank our moms for this gold nugget of wisdom.
